How To Apply
Filling out an online application on a university’s website is the first step towards applying there. Download a paper application from the university’s website if an online application is not available for that institution.
Once you’ve chosen the college or institution you want to attend, go to their website and get a free prospectus. This will be really beneficial.
Early Decision/Early Action, Regular Decision, and Rolling Admissions are the three application modes. Start the application procedure at least a year before the deadline, regardless of the modality.
Early Decision is the time to choose the university you’ll attend. Early Action and Early Decision differ in that Early Decision requires a binding commitment to enrol, whereas Early Action does not. If a student is admitted through an early decision programme, they are required to withdraw their applications to all other universities and colleges they had previously submitted.Additionally, although Early Action often permits students to apply to multiple universities, Early Decision only allows students to apply to one university. Single-Choice Early Action is available at some universities, including Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and others. Even if accepted, applicants to these universities are not required to attend them exclusively. You have a better chance of getting accepted if you apply under Early Action or Early Decision.
The applicant has two options for applying: either through the Common Application (Common App) or a specific university’s application.

Admission
Below are the admission requirements for USA:
- 10th Marks Sheet (Attested by the Principal in a sealed envelope)
- 12th Marks Sheet (Attested by the Principal in a sealed envelope)
- Degree Individual Marks Sheet (Attested by the Registrar of the University in a sealed envelope)
- Provisional & Consolidate Certificate (Attested by the Registrar of the University in a sealed envelope)
- If the student is in a final year, Course Completion Certificate (Attested by the College Principal in a sealed envelope)
- Statement of Purpose (we can help, if required)
- Three Recommendation letters from HOD/Professors/Asst. Professors or Lecturer of the Graduation College
- Bank Statement for Rupees Fifteen to Eighteen Lakhs, on Bank, letter head (Attested by the Branch Manager)
- Affidavit of Support from the Sponsor
- TOEFL/IELTS, SAT, GRE & GMAT scores report photo copies & officially score should be sent to the University through ETS.
- Educational Resume/Curriculum Vitae.
- Passport Photostat first and last pages
- Photographs
- Work Experience letter if applicable
- Any other qualification certificates or extracurricular activities certificates (Attested by Graduation College in a sealed envelope)
- For Architecture & Fashion Design a Portfolio or the Project report is required.
Note: Per university, two sets of documents are needed: one for admission and the other for scholarships. Each set of documents should be sent in a different envelope.
Student Visa
A visa is typically required for foreign nationals who want to travel to the United States. Immigrant visas are for people who wish to reside permanently, whereas nonimmigrant visas are for those who wish to stay temporarily. To study in the US, a student visa is required. Which type of visa you require—an M-1 or an F-1 visa—depends on your degree of study.
To enter the United States, students need student (F-1 or M-1) visas.
An F-1 visa was required for distance learning programmes that involve time spent on American campuses.
The candidates must first apply to and be accepted by a school that is approved by SEVP.
Applying for a visa involves numerous processes. Whichever U.S. embassy or consulate you apply to will determine the procedure.
The applicant must complete out an online application for a visa and provide a physical copy of the confirmation page to the interview. While completing the online Form DS-160, upload your photo.
F-1 and M-1 student visas for new students may be issued up to 120 days before they begin their course of study.
Continuing As long as they have maintained their student status, students are able to renew their visas whenever they like and can go to the US at any time prior to the start of their studies.
If necessary, you may also pay the non-refundable visa application fee.
A list of documents needed for visa:
- Applying for a visa involves numerous processes. Whichever U.S. embassy or consulate you apply to will determine the procedure.
- Passport required for travel to the United States; passport must remain valid for at least six months after the intended term of stay. If a passport contains more than one person, each person who needs a visa must submit a separate application.
- Nonimmigrant Visa Application submission fee acknowledgement page, Form DS-160 confirmation page, if necessary.
- You will upload your photo when completing the DS-160 online form. You must bring one printed photograph in the format specified in the Photograph Obligations if the picture transfer fails.
